CLASSES

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

HIIT is known for its total-body fat-torching effects, even when you’re very short on time. Not only will you get muscle-building benefits, but you also work the muscles in your body for a huge metabolic boost.

One hour class.


STRENGTH TRAINING

Transform your body as you learn the fundamentals of bodybuilding and strength training. You will use resistance to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, and burn calories.

Two hour class.

OPEN GYM (Train yourself) .This is semi-private gym setting. Max 12 people in studio at a time. Gym Is equipped with Cardio Equipment: Stepmill Curve treadmill Fan bike Crosstrainer Resistance Equipment: Cable crossovers Power rack Machine Crunches Leg extension/ Leg Curl Leg Press Vertical squat machine Multi Station machine Ab coaster Dumbbells 5bls to 120lbs Barbells 5ft to 7ft Kettlebell 10Lbs to 80lbs Functional equipment: Sled Battle ropes Med Balls Slam Balls Jump ropes Stability balls Trampoline Co-ed bathroom, sorry, no showers GYM Rules: Don't drop the weights No gum, food, or drinks are permitted in the gym except water or protein shakes in a closed container. Appropriate attire is required Gym bags, coats, clothing, and other articles must be kept in the locker ( You are not allowed to bring a guest).
